About this calculator
An independent, version-aware breeding calculator for Palworld. Built to give a usable answer and be honest about what it doesn't know.
What it is
This is a fan-made tool that calculates Palworld breeding outcomes from community-extracted game data. It has three modes: forward (two parents → child), reverse (target → parent pairs), and shortest path (owned Pals → target in fewest generations).
Principles
- Every result is versioned. The data version and verification date are shown on each answer, never hidden.
- Honest about gaps. Open data-quality items are listed publicly on Data & Updates, not buried.
- No official assets. All Pal identifiers are original geometric badges derived from data, never game art.
- No account, no tracking profile. The calculator works without login; the owned-Pal list lives in your browser.
- Reportable. A wrong result can be reported with the query and version attached, previewed before sending.
What it is not
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pocketpair, Inc.
- Not a source for individual Pal stats, IVs, or passive skills — those don't affect breeding species outcome.
- Not a wiki. For lore and descriptions, see community wikis.
Where the data comes from
The bundled factual dataset is built from community game-file extraction and calculation work in ICSharperNow/palworld-breeding-calculator, Awy64/palworld-atlas-data, and tylercamp/palcalc.
